December, 2006 the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC)has made it mandatory that
all providers offering the 40 hour Loan Originator course be
approved by MHEC in order to continue teaching the course. Currently
there are only a handful of providers that have been given
permission by MHEC to teach the course. 2 Blue Chip Professionalsis
one of the few companies that has been approved to offer this
course.
