Mortgage Loan Officer Basic Training The Mortgage Loan Officer Basic Training course is a 40-hour education training class that is designed to provide students with the education necessary to become a successful loan officer.
Effective July, 2009 DLLR has updated the Maryland Pre-licensing Course to 20 hours. The Loan Originator course has been approved by Maryland Higher Education (MHEC) in order to continue teaching the course. Currently there are only a handful of providers that have been given permission by MHEC to teach the course. 2 Blue Chip Professionals
