This course is designed for the Loan Officer that does not have the time to devote to 10 hours of live classroom training.  The home study course allows the participant to complete the continuing education requirement at their own pace.  This 10 Hour course was written by a former Financial Examiner for the State of Maryland, Commissioner of Financial.  This basic training course does not only satisfy the continuing education requirement but it goes one step beyond by providing information that will assist Loan Officers (brand new and Loan Officers with limited experience) in becoming successful in the mortgage industry.
